This was a very good tournament with a good crowd each weekend. Hopefully this becomes a yearly tournament.

Don't know why Pikeville withdrew? They have a team capable of winning the tournament. Guessing they decided Dorton and Millard games and Pike Co. tourney were more important.

Congrats to Paintsville. Very dominating performance in winning the tournament.

The tournament was played on 2 Sundays. Dorton played 3 games in the tournament (beating Allen Central and losing to Adams and Betsy Layne).

Hard to call it a 15th region tournament... the County tournament has always been the goal in the junior high game... focus on the end product.
