Derrick Locke who has been out of commission for the past few weeks due to a shoulder injury is the latest Wildcat to unleash via Twitter. Recently we had Randall Cobb giving fans a piece of his mind, then Josh Harrellson giving a little beef to Coach Cal and now Derrick Locke snapping at fans who are sending him tweets.

Why would our UK fans dog a huge part of Kentucky's success. Just don't understand.
This shows why UK's football team won't go anywhere. The leaders of the team aren't mentally strong enough to handle a few critical fans.

When those few critical fans keeps criticizing over and over again, it can get pretty annoying. But I guess leaders of the football team can't try and defend their QB or anything. So your right.

There is nothing wrong with defending a teammate but they need to do it in a professional manner. Better yet, say nothing, and let there play do the talking. Getting on twitter and calling out your very own fan base does nothing but hurt the moral of the program and how people look at you personally. All athletes get criticized from the high school level, to the college, and pro level. Right now, UK's athletes are handling completely wrong and are doing nothing but hurting the image of the program.
