He is a fantastic recruiter for his responsible position (DT/DE). He has landed quite a few 4*'s in the past couple seasons and had outrecruited UK to land players like Pernell McPhee. He is widely regarded as a very good developmental coach and a quality recruiter.
Bottom line is he is a step up from Petri and would have been probably the 2nd best recruiter on the staff last year.

great hire by Joker and the University as I have said its all going to depend on the staff he now builds and how he utilizes them
