It was a very exciting for Lewis County as the LCMS 7th grade Lions defeated Simons Middle School in Flemingsburg 22-20 and advance to the State Playoffs next week. Congratulations to these boys, Coach Prater and most of all Coach Richard Pope for teaching and coaching these boys since they were 3rd graders. Coach Prater took over the coaching duties this year and has continued what Pope started. Congrats to everyone involved.
