what cateogery are you in & what region?
I've been wondering this also. My predictions are that Pikeville will have one medium and one traditional, and Belfry will either go large or super large. But you never know from year to year

Do they have co ed in kapos if so I think thats what Russell would be in.
They do have a coed division. They might actually have a large coed and a small coed division. I was unable to attend the meeting this year, or I could confirm that for you. Russell is a good team and I'm sure they'll do well this season.

what about Magoffin County? I heard they were going medium???

Letcher Central is great and I'm sure everyone will be impressed. They have put in some hard work on their routines
There are 3 squads in traditional. Powell County, Hazard, and Letcher County.
