Yes. The meeting is to determine how everyone finished the season (conference records) we will then seed the teams accordingly.
So is the season over with, and when will they announce the placement of the teams in the tournament?
Next week is the final week of the regular season and the seedings and pairings will be announced after the meeting on October 11th.

What schools are in the Big Sandy. Is this just middle school or are the B and C teams also involved???
Just middle school teams. Teams in Big Sandy are Magoffin, Johnson Central 8th & 7th, Paintsville, Betsy Layne, Adams, Allen, Allen Central, Belfry, Letcher Varsity & JV, Hazard and Perry Central. Martin Co dropped out this year. I think that is all of the teams.
