What teams do you think has the players but need a coach to go with it.
I don't care much for this thread. Most of the coaches I see on the middle school field are volunteers.
I will say this however; The better programs in East Kentucky have one thing in common, they retain the same coaching staff year in and year out. Consistency is one of the keys to sucess.
I agree, this really makes no sense and is not good for a High School forums post!
