Gonzaga won because they hit their FT's down the stretch. They hit 27 of their last 27 FT's during the game. That's exactly how you win games, simply put. Awesome game....
MSU hit the free throws also. They combined to hit 39 in a row at one point. I think they only missed four combined for the game out of about 57.
Not sure lost track but I think MSU made 22 of 23 while the zags made 24 of 24 in the 2nd half and OT's.
Why can teams like MSU always be good at the line while UK can't hit 75%?
