I'm a fan of the Big Ten, and Ohio St. has 2 very close, tough losses, but they are what they were, losses.
Oregon lost once to USC, and beat a very good Fresno St. team.
When in doubt, and your dealing with a major conference, I think you always take the team with the lower loss total. I'd take Oregon.
