Saw this on another site. Sounds like he was doing some partying and got into a fight.
Did it say why he was arrested?
Just go to the unmentioned site, you know what I'm talking about.
Evan was charged with disorderly conduct (2nd degree) and acohol intoxication in a public place (1st & 2nd degree offenses).

Looks like he had a little too much fun at MSU.

Mug Shot:
Not the best way to start off college life. Hopefully will learn from this and not make the same mistake twice. Not the first freshman to make a stupid mistake and won't be the last.

Very true.

A lot of college students usually get arrested for the same thing Evan did.

Not a big deal IMO.
Hopefully he will accept responsibility, take whatever punishment is deemed appropriate and mature a lot. It is true that a lot of college kids make this type of mistake, but Evan needs to realize that he is under scholarship and is held to a higher standard than a lot of other college students.
It's all fine because of the little charges, but he attends Radford, he had no business being at MSU.

Doesn't his former teammate (Ferguson) attend MSU though? Plus Elliott County is not very far from Morehead.
I hope it doesn't have an affect on his status at Radford. Has the University made any comments. Many of these small schools have a zero tolerence on incoming Freshman, regardless of people blowing this off as "it's what college kids do". Most schools have a probation for incoming Frosh. This could spell school eligibility for the young man.

Dunno about that, but shouldn't he have been at Radford? On a week night?

Radford doesn't begin the fall semester until August 31. Residence Hall's opened today according to their site.

Must be nice, I've been stuck at college for 3 weeks already.
