The winningest team in the history of college football team is unranked for the first time in more than seven years.

Michigan fell out of The Associated Press Top 25 on Sunday, ending a streak of 114 straight weeks in the rankings, which was the longest in the nation. The last poll that didn't include the Wolverines was Oct. 18, 1998.

Southern California extended its streak of No. 1 rankings to 23 in the latest media poll.

Michigan had some much hype before the season started and now out of the top 25.
As a Wolverine fan I knew they were overhyped, but I never expected a drop off like this. Hart has been injured most of the season and Chad Henne is living the sophmore slump. If this team stays together for 2 more years they'll be a team to contend with in 2007.
