Full Version: Russell 5/6th defeats Greenup in round 2 of Black Bowl in Raceland

Third time was not a charm as Russell defeated their in county rival in the second round of the Raceland Black Bowl. Greenup's only season losses came to Russell in 2 close games as have been posted here. The Greenup team is a consistant team that has some great athletes on it. It is fortunate that the coaches get along so well as they do from these two teams. In the first meeting of these two team during the regular season, both teams shard the sideling and the coaches called plays standing side-by-side.... A chess match of sorts..... These two teams play very well with each other and the parents have nothing but respect for each program. Russell held out in this game to make it 3 in a season and the stats looked like this:
