In the quick reply option of posting at the bottom which most people use, click the icon with the mountain on it entitled Insert Image. Paste the URL of the picture in that location if you are linking from a website.

what if it is something that you have saved on your computer and not a websit

Then click the Go Advanced option which will take you to a place to reply, only with more options. Scroll down to Attach Files and click Manage Attachments. Select the photo from your computer like you would to any email, etc. and upload it. Then Submit Reply.
