Eight straight wins for the Cards as they pull into a 1st place tie with the Hoyas in the Big East.

#44 for the Irish went off tonight. Hit 3-4 from 3pt. land and ended the game with 40 points and somewhere around 12 rebounds. He's just a Soph. and is Notre Dame's big man.

Yeah, he did awesome tonight. Just wish him or someone else could have scored at least 6 more points to win!!

I know. They started hitting everything they threw up with about 2 minutes left, but basically couldn't do anything for the first 38. UofL was up I think 42-27 at the half, so the Irish made a nice come back. Dave Padgett is out of control a lot of the time on the block while making a move and the refs never call anything.
