I know when I started my current job that the person before me left things pretty much in a mess. It took me a while to get things in order, but it happened. I would like to think, well actually I already know, that if I ever leave this job that I will leave it in a much better place than I found it. The same cannot be said for Mr. Tubby Smith... He was left a team that had pretty much all the pieces, and did a good job with it. But he has left a totally incomplete team for Billy Gillispie. Not that Gillispie isn't responsible for much of what happens this season, but he was left a team that lacks so many pieces that it is going to make his job very difficult.
