Who gets the 1 seed in 50th with Whitley and Corbin both finishing 5-1 and where is it at?

52nd at ??

Where is Region being played at?

I could be wrong but I think the 49th will be played at Jackson County, as well as the region at Jackson County. I also believe North will be the 1 seed due to winning the first meeting.
