If you have it saved on your computer then go to the Go Advanced reply button, scroll down to Manage Attachments, and upload the file to your post. Hope that helps, if not let me know and I will explain it in more detail.

It's not showing me that you have a picture in the gallery. You can upload it just to this thread by going down to Go Advanced just as a normal reply and uploading it in here.
