I don't watch current wrestling on tv anymore, but do watch a lot on Youtube.
I was a huge fan of Raven and his Flock when they came to WCW. I felt they could have pushed this angle more, and it would have been more successful. As it was, it was a midçard angle at best. What did you all think of Raven and his Flock?

A little bit of both.

When your big angle is "WCW vs NWO" it's hard to have another faction be elevated beyond mid-card in my opinion.
