I posted this in a reply in another thread but wanted to give it a thread of it's own:

The Central Kentucky Express of the KBDL or Kentucky Basketball Development League will hold tryouts in the next two weeks. Any player that is over 19 years old and either is out of college eligibility or willing to give up their college eligibility. The team is located in Irvine/Richmond and will begin play in Late April. The goal of the team and league is to provide kentucky players with exposure in Europe and Asia. The league is in it's 2nd year and 13 players were signed to Pro contracts from the league last year. There is no charge to play except for a small tryout fee ($10) to help with facility rental. 7 games will be played in Irvine/Richmond with 7 road games being played in London,Hazard,Louisville, and Northern Kentucky. Pro Exposure and semi-professional competition is the goal, but players will be compensated according to attendance of games.
