When will the brackets be released?
Normally they are released a week after they are seeded. They have to be sent to the bracket maker and then they are released. Id assume Thursday-Friday range..
If teams would have done as they were supposed too and tell me in advance if they couldn't host a game on any of the playoff dates, they would have been out already. But they didnt so changes have to be made.
