i feel for him..i wouldnt want that job. They have less than adequate facilities, a poor fan base that will barely put 25,000 people in the seats even through a .500 season, and will have to discipline a group of thug convicts..Shannon should have taken a job he has a chance at. Nobody has a fair shake at the WHO.

If I were the AD at Miami, I would have looked outside the program. Too many bad things have come in the past couple of years for this staff. They really needed a fresh start. With the hire of someone already in the program, the problems will continue to happen.
