Fished Cherokee today caught over 30 fish with best 5 weighing probably 17 to 20 lbs most fish was caught on crank baits but the biggest two being caught on Jigs. Great day on the lake. Hope to get to go a couple times next week.
I haven't had the chance to travel down to TN this year yet. Hearing a report that this one makes me want to get up and go right now!
Went stripper fishing last Sunday night we had 2 fish over 30 inches, we caught 4 more that was not keepers biggest one of those was 22 inches. Fishing is still a little slow. I'm hoping that fishing will pick up in the next couple weeks. I didn't even post a report from the Saturday night the week before when we didn't catch a fish.
Heard it had gotten shallow, what was it like?
