I have never seen Christian county play so I can't comment on them, I have however seen Farnsley play three or four times this year and nothing has been close. They are strong, fast, and highly aggressive. They are someone you don't want to overlook.

Let's not forget that Johnson county is sitting on the other side of the bracket in region 4

Let's also not forget that Region 4 teams have won D1 the last three years and it really hasnt been close the last two. (Southern P, Northern P, Southern P) So until someone dethrones Region 4 they are the favorite, I think Fransley vs Johnson will be a great game. Farnsley is always a threat because of the number of athletes they have.
