I wouldn't count out Lawrence Co either. Has Greenup and Lawrence played yet? I think the Boyd Co injuries have really hurt them. Watched them play McNabb and they looked good. Good luck to everyone the rest of the season!
Greenup plays lawrence next. Greenup also beat Portsmouth by a killer play in the last 3 seconds and beat raceland also (28-14)
We beat greenup in the verity bowl 28-6.
Yes. That is Greenups( 8th) only loss so far. I really feel like that Greenup would have got it together had it not been for two of the better players leaving due to possible shoulder injuries.
The 8th grade game was a combo of Greenup being very good and BCMS missing 7 starters, 6 of which play both ways usually. BCMS boys have had a mentally trying last week or so. Things have been addressed so hopefully they come out more prepared against Raceland. Also hoping that 3 and maybe 4 of the injured are back on the field for this one.
