Yes, JCMS dominated as expected (no other comments about that)......Boyd defense in both 7th and 8th looked very good with starters in - almost all TDs allowed were against subs. The 8th grade was missing 3 or 4 starters due to injury and other reasons, including their overall best player. They'll be fine this year as will the 7th. Lawrence County looked good as well. West Carter had to play combined, so many of their 7th graders played in roughly 80 plays Saturday. Hats off to them, cause I'm sure they were gassed.
