For the 7th grade winning the West Ky Conference title with a 42 to 0 win over Lone Oak. The Cardinal 7th graders were 8 and 0 scoring 36 points a game and giving up only 6 with 7 min quarters. Of their 8 games 4 were finished with a continous clock. Their best game was a 44 to 14 win over a previously undefeated Paducah Middle School.
Also want to congratulate the 8th grade for being runners up to an outstanding Lone Oak team but still qualified for.the state tournament so good luck 8th grade. Future continues to look bright for Mayfield Cardinal Football!
