According to the UK schedule, it was 3:00 on Jefferson Pilot

WDHR & MIX 103 is airing the Texas Roadhouse Countdown to Tip-Off Show at 1:30. Thus, Tip Off is around 3:30!

Those in the listening area can tune in for a pre-game show and a post-game show including the Scoreboard and Tubby Smith's interview.
