No, the brackets have not been officially released. The only teams that have been confirmed at this point are conference champion member schools. The information is forthcoming though. We will post that on here as soon as Coach Jeff Mann releases it.
when will these games begin?
Congrats to Johnson County 8th and 7th Grade squads for your spots in the tourney.

That 1st Round game between JCMS 8th and Boyd County should be a great game.

Where do I find the Divisions and Regions?
Wondering why Boyd is not hosting Johnson since Boyd won regular season and was undefeated ?

State playoff rankings are based on a point system with more points if you beat a divison 1 large school than a division 3 small school. Knox County, Johnson County, Rowan County and Bell County got the top four spots. With Johnson ranked two, Boyd had to be ranked six. Boyd must have played a lot of division 3 small schools.

JC got the #3 seed not #2

Boyd played East Carter, Johnson County, Coal Grove (OH), Fort Gay (WV), Ceredo-Kenova (WV), Lawrence County, Greenup County, Raceland, Verity, & Martin County. The last 5 are all conference games. My guess is Boyd County didn't get a higher seed because of the out of state games. How many points do you get for those?

That's what I meant #3 and they play #6.

Not sure about the other schools.. but Louisa Middle School..i(ncorrectly listed as Lawrence Co) is a D1 school..pretty sure since Fort Gay WV is right across the Bridge and is smaller than Louisa Middle was D1 school too.

Not sure about the other schools.. but Louisa Middle School)..incorrectly listed as Lawrence Co is a D3 school ..since Fort Gay is in West Virginia would not think it would qualify. That school is smaller than Louisa Middle
